Processing time: The processing time for Vietnam visa approval letter by www.Rushvietnamvisa.com is 2 working days (normal service) or 1 working day (urgent service) except Saturday and Sunday (weekend). The processing time should be started to calculate from the next business day after the documents and the payment are delivered to www.Rushvietnamvisa.com. www.Rushvietnamvisa.com will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to the Governmental denial or delay in processing.

Deposit: Deposit payment can be settled by telegraphic transfer (Bank wire), credit card authorization form for some our Immigration services and Business services on our website Rushvietnamvisa.com. This is small amount for our consulting fee. It will be included in your package fee will you continue the service. If for any reason you wish to cancel a service, the deposit will not be refunded. 

Fees and Payments: You agree to pay the deposit or all fees and charges for the services offered by www.Rushvietnamvisa.com (including "service fee" and "government fee"). For the "service fee", you pay directly to www.Rushvietnamvisa.com to get visa approval letter or other business, immigration services. For the "government fee" you pay to the Immigration officers at Vietnam airports when getting visa on arrival, or included in our package service when you use our other business, immigration services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of Vietnam visas, Vietnam working permit, Vietnam Resident Card and all our Business services is subject to change, including, but not limited to, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice.

Refund Cacellation: If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before your information was received by www.Rushvietnamvisa.com, or before making the deposit or payment, you can do so without any penalties or charges by informing us via email or supporting hotline. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service. However, if you decide to cancel after payment and the services status being changed into "processing” and your visa application information has been sent to the Immigration as said below, no refund will be given and the service will be completed. It is therefore important that should you wish to cancel your visa application with RushVietnamVisa.com that you contact us immediately to prevent any unnecessary cost being incurred. Once an application for an Approval letter has been made by us with the Immigration Department, we are unable to reimburse you the visa approval letter fee. 

It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your intended departure. RushVietnamVisa.com cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission. We strongly recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

Visa on arrival is applicable to air travel only, if you enter Vietnam by other borders, you need choose visa code (getting Vietnam visa stamp at Vietnam Embassy/ Consulate Abroad). Please choose exact place you will get visa stamp for faxing your approval letter to there.

All the fees will be refunded in case your application is declined.

Emergency case: Please be reminded to call us immediately through our hotline if you may encounter any trouble with the visa at airport/Embassy for problem solving. If you do not, we will not be in charge of any trouble/refunding later due to this.

Privacy: Please direct your attention to our Privacy Statement, by which you also agree to be bound when using this site. Privacy Statement is a part of this agreement.

Communications: By using this site and our services you give www.Rushvietnamvisa.com your express permission to contact you via email, or phone for all purposes including distribution of marketing and promotional materials.

Security: By submitting application form, you certify that the information you provide is true and correct. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID (login) and password. You are responsible for all uses of your User ID (login), whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your User ID. Please refer to our Privacy Policy that governs submitted & distributed information.
