Making changes to residence card.

My wife currently has a residence card, and recently got a new passport with a new name. Her residence card will be valid until May. Is it possible to update her residence card to reflect the new passport and name? We are not looking to extend the residence card. Thank you

Vietnam permanent resident card

Hi,

I am married to a Vietnamese citizen and wish to remain here permantantly. I am not working. Currently I have a certificate of visa exemption valid until 2018, but it needs re-registering every 3 months.

What I would like is something more permanent.

How do I go about preparing for this?
