As we are in a hurry they need to send the delegate asap as you could imagine. We are still waiting to get the documents legalized and public notarized. Is it possible, that in general, the immigration office can start with the work permit exemption if we apply first without the legalization? Of course we will hand it in later if we will receive the finalized documents. Are they able to start with this if do not have the legalization yet?

Hi,
I have just arrived in Vietnam, my office is located at HCM city.
I have recently invested in a local C°, which I am now General Manager; The share capital modification of this company is currently in the process of being registered by the Vietnamese administration (not completed yet).
Can you please let me know :
· how my case should be handled in order to obtain my work (if required, since I think there may be no need to have one) and resident permits ?
· what you would propose to undertake the necessary actions to make sure all is done the right way and in a timely manner ?
